Russell talks about system differences: The Lakers are different. The Nets are very rigorous and help me become a professional player.

Recently, Mavericks guard D'Angelo Russell talked about the differences between the former team Lakers and the Nets system on a blog show.
He said: "I came from the Lakers, and the system there was not the same. Later I went to Brooklyn (Nets), and the system there was very strict, which taught me how to be a professional player."
2015-17 Russell played for the Lakers for two seasons, and was then traded to the Nets. After two seasons with the Nets at the Nets 17-19, he left Brooklyn.
In the mid-22-23 season, Russell was traded to the Lakers again. Before the trading deadline for this season, he was traded to the Nets by the Lakers.
