The Evening Post reported that two extreme fans of Milan's two heroes were sentenced to 10 years in prison for participating in organized crime, and 16 people were sentenced to a total of 10 years in prison.

Former Milan Extreme Fan Leader Luka Luci and former Inter Milan Extreme Fan Leader Andrea Bereta were sentenced to ten years in prison respectively. The verdict is the first judicial decision to be made against these extremist fan groups involved in violence and criminal activities.

Lucci and Bereta were both sentenced for their involvement in organized crime. Luci is also accused of being behind the scenes of an attempted murder of extreme fan Enzo Anginelli on April 12, 2019. Bereta was sentenced for assisting in the murder of Antonio Berloco and working with the Mafia family.

In addition, 14 people involved in the case were sentenced to different sentences, with a total sentence of more than one hundred years. The victim's family, club and Serie A have also received corresponding compensation.

The two clubs were both victims and plaintiffs in the investigation, demanding compensation of about 600,000 euros in economic and reputational losses. The court found that the actions of these extreme fans led to stadium safety issues, reduced ticket sales and damaged the club's reputation.
