Bayern Honorary Chairman Heness recently made controversial remarks to sports director Ebert on the TV program Doppelpass. Bayern Chairman Heinena and CEO Dresen responded to Heness's speech when attending the event on Wednesday.

Heres called Eberl "quite sensitive" on Sunday's show, and he also said the sports director had "had his problems" when he was allocating the task to more people.

Dreisen first said: "It is certainly perfect for some controversial discussions. Uli Heness is just that. I think this is the most normal thing in the world. If everyone always sings the same tune, it will be boring."

Dreisen continued: "It is important that we have this discussion internally and come up with a common result. The final result is the key."

Heiner also looked at Heiner calmly: "Everyone must always be rational rather than overreact. Now every word of his is being weighed repeatedly. Uli will say what he thinks. He always starts from the interests of Bayern Munich. He hopes Bayern gets the best."

Heiner also added: "The cooperation within is very good. All our decisions are made together. Let's talk about it again and again. Transfers to this summer: there is no so-called 'Max Eber' transfer,' 'Christov Freund' or who's transfer. This is a transfer from Bayern Munich. We approved every transfer in the board of supervisors. We do everything together."

During the event on Wednesday, Heness also explained his statements that were considered critical a few days ago: "Everything I said is very helpful to him (Eber). Everything I say is to help him. I am obviously the biggest supporter of Max. Maybe he could have said that himself, so he would not be criticized for this in the past few days."

Heness also said: "There is no reason to make the so-called clarification with Eber. I think what I said is fine. This is the fact, and the facts will be the same."
