According to the official website of Benfica, 21-year-old left-back Obrador joined Benfica and signed until 2030.

The young left-back moved from Real Madrid to Benfica Club. He officially became a new player to the team on Friday and expressed his pride in joining the club in an interview.

Obrado said: "I will do my best and give everything I have for this jersey. I hope the fans can support us in every game."

He was born in Mallorca and started his football career at Mallorca Youth Training Camp. On July 19, 2020, Obrador, who was only 16 years old, made his debut in the La Liga against Osasuna. Then, Obrador went to Madrid, the Spanish capital, to join the Real Madrid echelon. In the 2021/22 season, he played for the youth team; in the next season (2022/23), he was promoted to Real Madrid Castilla, making 34 appearances. In the 2023/24 season, he continued to stay with Real Madrid B and also played in 34 games.

In the summer of 2024, Obrador participated in pre-season training for Real Madrid first team, and was then loaned to La Coruña until the end of the 2024/25 season. During his time in La Coruña, he made 33 appearances, 32 of which were in the Spanish League Two, and 1 in the Copa del Rey.

The 21-year-old Obrador has played for the Spanish U15, U16, U18 and U19 national teams.
