Pakistani media: Neymar’s recovery from injury is in line with expectations and is expected to return in early November

According to Brazilian media UOL, Santos star Neymar is expected to return in early November.

On September 19, Neymar was diagnosed with a grade two strain of the rectus muscle of his right thigh and is currently recovering well. Santos' medical team said the recovery progress is "in line with expectations" and he is expected to return to unrestricted training within 30 to 40 days. This means he could return against Fortaleza on November 3, or against Flamengo on November 9 at the latest. However, since Palmeiras uses artificial turf at home, the game on November 6 is unlikely to be his comeback.
