According to German media Bild, there are only the last details left in Louis Dias' transfer to Bayern, and the deal will be finalized today or tomorrow.

While sports director Eberle has finalized the contract details with Dias' agent Christian Wayne, CEO Dresson and Liverpool director Richard Hughes are in final talks. The two sides maintained communication and were negotiating on the final transfer amount.
It is reported that Bayern's bid is within the upper limit it sets: the total transfer fee is expected to be about 75 million euros.
Louis Dias will receive a four-year contract. He will not become a maximum-paid player in the team, his annual salary is about 14 million euros.
