What positions/players are they still focusing on?

Despite signing seven first-team players, Arsenal's signing plan is still not over and they are still seeking to sign defender Inkapier from Leverkusen. Arsenal and Porto are in talks for Kiviol's transfer, and Arteta has seen Inkapier as a potential replacement, who can play as a left-center-back and full-back. In the Alonso 3421 system, Inkapier can also play wingbacks.

How does Arsenal bear the huge transfer fee, including Inkapier?

InCapier's termination fee is 60 million euros, but Arsenal hopes to reach an agreement at a lower price. Even so, if all additional terms come into effect, Arsenal's summer window investment will exceed 300 million pounds.

To introduce Inkapier, Arsenal had to find a buyer for Kiviol, who was more inclined to play in continental Europe than other Premier League teams, and Porto was his most powerful suitor. They have been negotiating with Arsenal on a potential loan contract with a mandatory buyout clause next summer.

Even if Arsenal successfully sells Kiviol, the team's investment will increase significantly this summer, with part of the money coming from revenues increased by Arsenal due to improved business performance. The fiscal fairness bill remains a consideration, and while Arsenal has huge room for improvement in PSR, they are increasingly struggling with UEFA's team cost rules.

Which players may leave?

If Arsenal can reach an agreement with Porto, Kiviol will likely leave. Players such as Loconga, Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira and Nelson are also likely to transfer. Arsenal may also use the last week of the transfer window to loan or sell some youth training players, such as 19-year-old central defender Kakuri and 21-year-old forward Charles Sago, and 19-year-old forward Kabia may be another player on loan.
