Warriors official: Curry leads the American men s basketball team to realize their dream of Paris and is nominated for ESPY s "Best Championship Performance"
Today, the Warriors officially announced that Curry was nominated for the 2025 ESPY "Best Championship Performance".
Curry led the United States to defeat France in the 2024 Paris Olympics men's basketball gold medal match and won the gold medal. He used the "golden dagger" to end the host French men's basketball dream of gold medal.
ESPY's full name is Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly, founded by ESPN TV in 1993 and held once a year. The award is conducted by sports fans who browse ESPN websites through the Internet to vote for the final winners of each award, rewarding the athletes who performed best in the sports field in the past year.
Last year, Celtics star Jaylen Brown won the Best Championship Performance Award for his outstanding performance in the finals.
