TA: Leon Bailey s rental fee is 3 million euros, Rome can choose to buy it out of 22 million euros

TA reported that Rome has reached a principle agreement with Villa to sign Leon Bailey on loan.

The loan fee is about 3 million euros, and Roma can choose to buy out the player for 22 million euros. During the loan period, Roma will fully bear the player's salary. The previous negotiations revolved around forced buyouts after the end of the season, but after further discussion, Roma now has the option to turn a loan into a permanent transfer. Leon Bailey will fly to Rome on Monday night local time for a medical examination on Tuesday.

The winger did not participate in Villa's previous match against Newcastle. During the discussion of his future, he has not trained with Villa's other first-team members. The player's father has been discussing transfers in Rome in recent days.

Turkish teams including Besiktas and Saudi teams also intended to sign Leon Pele. In the early stages of the transfer window, there were discussions about players transferring to Saudi teams, but in the end, Roma became the strongest suitor.
